pkrbat operates the betting and gaming platform at pkrbat.pro, including the mobile website and the pkrbat app available for Android and iOS via the Download page. This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the pkrbat platform, whether you are browsing as a visitor, going through the registration process, or an existing account holder placing bets or playing games.

Data you provide directly:

• Full name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification.
• Email address used for your pkrbat account.
• Pakistani mobile phone number registered to your account.
• Date of birth, used to verify that you meet the 18+ age requirement.
• CNIC number and a copy of your ID document, where identity verification is required.
• Payment details including mobile wallet numbers (JazzCash, Easypaisa), Raast ID, or bank account details used for deposits and withdrawals in PKR.
• Any documents or images submitted during the verification process, including selfies for identity confirmation.
• Communications sent to pkrbat support, including the content of chat messages and emails.

Data generated by platform use:

• Betting history — which sports, markets, cricket matches, PSL games, slots or live casino games you have played and the amounts involved.
• Deposit and withdrawal transaction history.
• Bonus and promotion activity — which offers you have claimed and how they have been used.
• Login history including timestamps and session durations
• Account settings changes and responsible gaming tool usage, such as deposit limits or self-exclusion requests.

Data collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geographic location derived from it.
• Device type, operating system and browser version.

pkrbat uses your personal data for the following purposes:

pkrbat does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that has a significant legal or similarly significant effect on you without human review being available.

Because pkrbat processes financial transactions in PKR — through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other supported methods — we are required to collect and verify payment-related information before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

Payment data collected includes:

• Mobile wallet numbers linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account.
• Raast ID or IBAN for bank transfers.
• Bank account name and number where bank transfer is the chosen withdrawal method.
• Records of all deposit and withdrawal amounts and timestamps.

This data is shared with the relevant payment processor to complete your transaction. pkrbat does not store full card numbers or mobile banking passwords. Identity verification (KYC) data — your CNIC copy, selfie and supporting documents — is stored securely and accessed only by trained verification staff. Once verification is complete, these documents are retained only as long as legally and operationally required, as described in Section 7.

pkrbat does not sell, rent or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop. Your data is shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment processors: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and banking partners receive only the transaction data necessary to complete your deposit or withdrawal.
• Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC service partners may process your CNIC and identity documents to confirm your identity. These providers operate under strict data processing agreements.
• Game studios and content providers: When you play a third-party slot or live casino game, the game studio's software is running within pkrbat. Minimal session data may be passed to the studio to run the game correctly. No financial data is passed.
• Analytics and platform tools: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be processed by analytics tools to help improve platform performance. This data cannot be used to identify you personally.

• Transaction records (deposits, withdrawals, betting history): Retained for a minimum of five years from the date of each transaction, in line with standard financial record-keeping requirements.
• Identity verification documents (CNIC copy, selfie): Retained for the period required to complete verification and for up to five years after account closure.
• Support communications: Retained for up to three years from the date of the last message in a support thread.

Once the applicable retention period expires, pkrbat securely deletes or anonymises the relevant data. If you request account deletion and there is no outstanding legal or financial reason to retain your data, pkrbat will begin the deletion process within a reasonable timeframe.

pkrbat takes the security of your personal data seriously and applies technical and organisational measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. Measures in place include:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmitted between your device and pkrbat servers.
• Secure, access-controlled storage for all personal and payment data held by pkrbat.
• Two-factor authentication options available for your pkrbat account login.
• Regular security reviews of platform infrastructure and third-party integrations.
• Staff access to personal data limited strictly to those with a legitimate operational need.

No system can guarantee 100% security. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your pkrbat account, please contact support immediately so the account can be secured and the incident investigated.

As a pkrbat user, you have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact pkrbat support with your account details and a description of your request.

pkrbat is strictly an 18+ platform. The collection of personal data from individuals under the age of 18 is not permitted on pkrbat under any circumstances. During registration, users are required to confirm their date of birth and agree that they meet the minimum age requirement.

If pkrbat discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being operated by a person under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all funds will be returned to the original deposit source, and any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be voided.

If you believe a minor has registered on pkrbat using false information, please contact support immediately. pkrbat takes underage access seriously and responds to such reports as a priority.

pkrbat may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified by email or through an in-platform message before the changes take effect.
