Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your mobile number or email address, choose a password and confirm you are 18 or older. The process takes under two minutes. Once your account is created you can log in, make your first deposit in PKR and start betting straight away. Only one account per person is allowed — do not register multiple accounts.

You must be 18 years or older to register and use pkrbat. This is a strict requirement. During the identity verification (KYC) process, you will need to submit a copy of your CNIC which confirms your date of birth. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is a one-time identity check required before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back). Once verified, future withdrawals are processed much faster. KYC also protects your account — it ensures only you can withdraw your funds.

On the Login page, use the password recovery option. Enter your registered mobile number or email and you will receive a reset code via SMS or email. Enter the code, set a new password and log in. If you no longer have access to your registered number or email, contact pkrbat support with your name and CNIC number to recover access.

Yes. Go to your account settings after logging in and look for the contact details section. You may be asked to verify the change via OTP before it is saved. It is important to keep your contact details up to date — your registered mobile number is used for two-factor authentication and password recovery.

Log in to your account, go to Security Settings and enable 2FA. Once active, every new login will require a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number. This is one of the most effective ways to protect your account — especially if you use the same password across other platforms. We strongly recommend enabling it.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pkrbat supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:
  • JazzCash — mobile wallet, typically instant
  • Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically instant
  • Raast — interbank instant payment
  • Bank Transfer — standard bank-to-bank, may take a few hours
  • Debit / Credit Card — Visa and Mastercard
All deposits are processed in PKR with no conversion fees applied by pkrbat.

JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast deposits typically reflect in your pkrbat balance within a few minutes. Card deposits usually take 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers can take a few hours depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not reflected after 30 minutes for wallet methods or 6 hours for bank transfer, contact pkrbat support with your transaction reference number.

Yes, pkrbat has a minimum deposit amount which varies slightly by payment method. The minimum is kept low to make the platform accessible for all players. Check the Deposit section of your account after logging in for the current minimums per method. There is no maximum deposit set by pkrbat, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may have their own daily limits.

Log in to your account and go to the Withdraw section. Select your preferred method, enter the amount in PKR and submit the request. Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification (CNIC upload). Once verified, withdrawals are typically sent to the same method you used to deposit. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are among the fastest — usually processed within a few hours on business days.

Common reasons for a delayed or rejected withdrawal include:
  • KYC verification not yet completed
  • Active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements
  • Withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold
  • Account security review triggered by unusual activity
  • Mismatch between account name and payment method holder name
Check your account notifications for a specific reason. If unclear, contact pkrbat support directly.

pkrbat does not charge any fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may apply their own transaction charges depending on your plan or the type of transaction. These third-party fees are outside pkrbat's control and will not be reimbursed.

Cricket & Sports Betting

pkrbat covers a wide range of cricket markets including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Test matches and bilateral ODI series. Beyond cricket you can also bet on football leagues and esports. Visit the Bet page to see all available markets. New tournaments and leagues are added throughout the year — PSL season typically sees the largest number of available markets.

pkrbat offers a broad range of cricket bet types including:
  • Match winner — which team wins the match
  • Top batsman / top bowler — player performance markets
  • Total runs over/under — whether runs will be above or below a set line
  • First over runs — how many runs will be scored in the first over
  • Live / in-play betting — odds updated ball by ball during the match
Available bet types vary by match and tournament format.

Live betting lets you place bets on a match that is already in progress. Odds update in real time based on the current match situation — runs on the board, wickets fallen, balls remaining and other factors. To place a live bet, go to the Bet page, select the live match and choose your market. Note that odds can change rapidly during live play and a bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result is determined, bets placed on the match winner and most other markets are typically voided and your stake is returned to your PKR balance. For markets that have already been settled (e.g., first over runs where the over was completed), the result stands. Specific settlement rules are outlined in the Terms and Conditions for each market type.

Winning bets are settled and added to your PKR balance automatically once the official result is confirmed. For most T20 and PSL matches this happens within minutes of the final ball. Settlement for some player performance markets (top batsman, player of the match) may take slightly longer while final statistics are confirmed. You can track all settled bets in the Bet History section of your account.

Bonuses & Promotions

New members can access a welcome bonus when they make their first deposit. The exact offer varies — visit the Promotions page for the current welcome offer details including the bonus amount, minimum deposit required and wagering requirements. Most welcome bonuses require you to opt in before making your deposit, so check the Promotions page first.

A wagering requirement is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Your bonus wallet in your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress in real time.

The most common reasons a bonus is not applied after a deposit are:
  • You did not opt in to the promotion before depositing
  • Your deposit amount was below the minimum required for the offer
  • The promotion had already expired
  • You used a payment method that is excluded from that particular offer
  • You already claimed the same promotion previously
If none of these apply and you believe your bonus is missing, contact pkrbat support with your deposit reference.

Yes, pkrbat runs dedicated promotions during Pakistan Super League season including enhanced odds on selected PSL matches, free bets for PSL accumulators and reload bonuses timed around major fixtures. These offers are announced on the Promotions page ahead of each PSL stage. Make sure notifications are enabled in your account settings so you do not miss time-limited PSL offers.

Yes. All pkrbat bonuses have an expiry date — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, depending on the specific offer. If the wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, the remaining bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account. Always check the expiry date shown in your bonus wallet and plan accordingly.

App & Download

The pkrbat Android app is available directly from the App page or the Download page on this website. The APK file is not listed on the Google Play Store — you download it directly from pkrbat.pro. This is normal for betting apps in Pakistan. Always download from the official website only to avoid fake versions.

After downloading the APK file, go to your phone's Settings, find Security or Privacy settings and enable "Install from unknown sources" (or "Allow from this source" on newer Android versions). Then open the downloaded APK file from your Downloads folder and follow the on-screen steps to install. The process takes under a minute. Currently pkrbat offers a dedicated Android app. iPhone users can access the full pkrbat platform through the mobile browser (Safari or Chrome on iOS). The website is fully responsive and works just as well on iPhone as it does on Android — you can place bets, deposit in PKR, claim bonuses and manage your account without needing a native app. Visit the App page for the latest information on iOS support.

No. The pkrbat app uses the same account as the website. Download and install the app, then log in with your existing pkrbat username and password. Your balance, bet history, bonuses and account settings are all shared between the app and the browser version — everything syncs in real time across both.

Responsible Gaming

pkrbat is for adults aged 18 and over. Gambling should be kept as entertainment. If you feel it is affecting your finances, relationships or daily routine, use the tools below or visit our Responsible Gaming page.

Log in to your account and go to Responsible Gaming settings. From there you can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Once a limit is set, you will not be able to deposit more than that amount in the chosen period — even if you try to adjust it upward, increases take a cooling-off period to take effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

Yes. From the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings you can set a session time reminder — the platform will notify you when you have been active for your chosen duration. You can also set a loss limit so that betting is paused once your losses reach a set PKR amount within a day, week or month. These tools are designed to help you stay in control without fully restricting your account.

Self-exclusion temporarily or permanently prevents you from accessing your pkrbat account. It is available for periods ranging from a few weeks to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets. To request self-exclusion, go to Responsible Gaming settings or contact pkrbat support directly. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the chosen period has ended.
