What to Do if You Cannot Log In

- Wrong email or mobile number: Try both your mobile number and your email address. If you registered with a mobile number, try that first. If neither works, contact pkrbat support with your name and date of birth to recover access.
- Account temporarily locked: After several failed login attempts, pkrbat may temporarily lock your account for security. Wait 15–30 minutes and try again, or use the password reset option to unlock it immediately.
- Account under review: If your account has been flagged for a KYC check or a terms violation review, you may see a message when attempting to log in. Contact support for clarification — do not create a new account.
Keeping Your pkrbat Account Secure
